CALL OUT FOR REAL JUICE COMPANY CITRUS SCULPTURE ENTRIES
It’s already that time of the year again, when locals are urged to get their application forms in for the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures as part of Griffith Spring Fest 2023.Applications for new and returning sculptures are due by Friday 30 June 2023.
“We are looking for new and exciting additions to the display, as well as our regulars which always draw a crowd,” Izabella Apolloni, Griffith City Council Events Coordinator.“It’s such a great event that brings so many people in our community together and it is easy to get involved, just contact our Tourism Team on events@griffith.com.au and ask for an application form.
Griffith Mayor, Councillor Doug Curran said the citrus sculptures were a wonderful opportunity for businesses to capitalise on the influx of visitors and its economic benefit it provides to our city and region.
“Thousands of visitors come to town for the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures, as a key experience under the Griffith Spring Fest campaign. Attendees take photos and share on many social platforms reaching millions of prospective visitors for years to come!” Councillor Curran said.
“It’s a fantastic way to get exposure especially if your sculpture stands out as something a bit different.”
Construction day for the Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures this year will be Sunday 8 October, with dismantle taking place on Sunday 22 October.
Griffith Spring Fest is Visit Griffith’s flagship festival, incorporating the Griffith Garden Festival, Real Juice Company Citrus Sculptures, LINX Launch Party and so many other events that showcase everything our region has to offer.
